| TED MORGANSTEIN | The floor will never go away with the options. Settle in on the screen you fools, see where that gets you. Outtrades, prearranged trading with others not even near you on the close are here to stay! | 01-26-12 | ||||

| KE****** | To add to what Craig said, both exchanges dropped the ball when they went public. How can you expect a for-profit corporation to act in the best interest of market integrity and functionality? It is at odds with making profits. The original intent of the market has been highjacked and it no longer functions efficiently. In their efforts to generate the most volume for the most $$$ they will inevitably wipe themselves off the map. 150+ years down the drain. | 01-25-12 | ****** | |||

| CRAIG FELDE | I feel that the globex electronic exchange has irreparably damaged the ag futures markets, driven away commercial business, and has been instituted only as a profit generating business, not a true risk management tool. The CME should be sanctioned by Congress and decertified | 01-25-12 | FUD | |||

| RHONA WIESMEN | For generations, the CME, CBOT and CBOE (since the early 70's) have been beacons of employment opportunity for thousands of young men and women from Chicago and the surrounding areas across all economic sectors. Too many people think of these exchanges only as places where the 1% get rich. In truth these exchanges and their member firms offer well paying jobs for 1,000's of non-traders. In addition, there is a never-ending list of remodeling and constructions projects on the trading floors and offices all of which are performed by union tradesmen. If anything, these exchanges have done a poor job of promoting themselves as the job creating engines that they are. | 01-24-12 | Formerly Employed by UBS | |||

| WILLIAM CONOVER | Free markets for free men.
"We all declare for liberty; but in using the same word we do not all mean the same thing. With some the word liberty may mean for each man to do as he pleases with himself, and the product of his labor; while with others, the same word may mean for some men to do as they please with other men, and the product of other men's labor. Here are two, not only different, but incompatible things, called by the same name, liberty. And it follows that each of the things is, by the respective parties, called by two different and incompatible names----liberty and tyranny." -Abraham Lincoln, 1864 "The price of freedom is eternal vigilance." -Thomas Jefferson | 01-24-12 | INTL / FC Stone | |||
| BORIS KOGAN | The exchange is focused on generating revenue for shareholders, but in return it has sold out to the big trading firms which run wallstreet(and washington). The original purpose of creating an exchange for hedging risk for farmers is gone. The firms with big money behind them have taken over, there is little correlation between supply and demand and price | 01-24-12 | sirob trading company | |||
